This workshop will offer instruction in traditional sitting meditation geared toward the beginner, and for anyone with a lapsed practice who wishes to establish a daily meditation practice. It will include guided mindfulness of breathing, slow, gentle Kum Nye Tibetan Yoga to balance body/mind energy, as well as chanting and walking meditation.
