MED201 Intermediate Meditation: Sustaining Meditation


This class is for students who have begun a meditation practice and are ready for further guidance and inspiration.  Putting to use our experience of everyday conflicts, doubts and frustrations, we will apply techniques to expand awareness of body, mind and breath to enjoy a greater capacity for effortless meditative concentration, and a deepening satisfaction in living our lives.

Prerequisite: one year of meditation experience. No evening class on Thanksgiving eve.
