You may find that your experience can become more workable with just a subtle shift in perspective and a few tools for engaging your internal landscape. Introspective practices and insights from the Buddhist tradition can transform the destructive power of "everyday" negative emotions. Based on Tarthang Tulku's Openness Mind, this course gives specific antidotes for anger, fear, anxiety, loneliness, envy, and attachment.
