Recognizing their power and discovering their inherent changeability are keys to truly caring for ourselves. Insights from Buddhist psychology help us navigate our inner landscape, providing essential practices for well-being.

This course examines mind, thought, and emotions, showing how impoverishing mental patterns can be transformed into liberating growth. Includes meditation and mindfulness practices.

Based on Tarthang Tulku’s Hidden Mind of Freedom. All levels of students are welcome.
