MED221 Intermediate Meditation: Finding Freedom of Mind


At every stage of our development, it is important to cultivate a balanced approach to practice. We need to encourage ourselves, but at the same time be alert that our motivation for practice may change. How can we make meditation an integral part of our lives? How can we sustain meditative awareness in all activity? Using Tarthang Tulku's Hidden Mind of Freedom, we will explore these and other questions in developing a friendship with meditation.

Prerequisite: One year of meditation experience or consent of Instructor. No class the day before Thanksgiving.
