KNR307 Advanced Kum Nye: Massaging Mind


“Kum Nye exercises teach us how to smooth the jagged energies of body and mind. . . . we can awaken blissful feelings within body and senses that can open our energy centers (cakras) and relieve the pressure of conflicting meanings and interpretations.”

This course works with material from Joy of Being, particularly the more subtle practices that entail almost no movement on the outer level.

The Kum Nye experience can be cultivated and deepened into an internal understanding that unfolds and expands far beyond our conceptual frame of reference.

This course is a un-course, in the sense that it is a space of exploration best entered without expectations.

Prerequisites: two years of Kum Nye practice.
