MED214 Intermediate Meditation: Unfolding Meditation


Through meditation practice, and observing the arising of thoughts and emotions, we gain inner confidence to handle whatever comes our way. Based on Gesture of Balance this class develops the meaning of meditation as a practice for every moment. It opens understanding to help establish a path of growth that offers true care for self and others in the midst of a troubled world.
