How can we develop healthier, more authentic ways of being and let go of old patterns - including anxiety, loneliness, regret, or depression - that no longer serve us? In this 3-day retreat, we work with simple, practical, and effective meditative practices from the Tibetan Buddhist tradition that point us towards finding freedom of mind. By reconnecting to ourselves and restoring a vital line of communication between mind, body, and senses, we can access our essential awareness and our own inner counselor.

This workshop is not intended as a replacement for therapy. It is for anyone who is interested in becoming more relaxed and wakeful in the world, and in making decisions based on what makes each of us whole. Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome.

Instructor(s): Pema Gellek, Abbe Blum, Hugh Joswick.

Cost: Residential $465 / Non-Residential $305. Residential includes a 2-night stay in a private room, instruction, self-serve breakfast, buffet-style vegetarian lunch and dinner each day. Non-residential includes instruction and lunch only. Retreat begins 10:00 AM on Friday, ends 4:45 PM on Sunday.

Online registration is available for non-residential participation only. For residential registration, please contact us directly to reserve your room.
