This four-week series is based on the Joy of Being chapter, “Bringing up the Agent of Awareness.” For the start of the new year, we will do practices that help us touch the roots of perception, relax the compulsion to respond to highly charged emotions, and develop the mindful alertness Kum Nye fosters.
