We all have the tools within to experience our negative emotions with a calm and clear mind, without having to suffer. From that vantage point, we are capable of transforming them into pure energy, without judgment, and with compassion. In this three-hour workshop, we will offer a penetrating analysis of emotions, providing specific introspective practices to shift our experience, expand our awareness and open our hearts. Practices include sitting meditation, breath awareness, chanting and gentle movement exercises (Kum Nye).
