This workshop will offer instruction in traditional sitting meditation geared toward the beginner, and for anyone with a lapsed practice who wishes to establish a daily  meditation practice.  It will include guided mindfulness of breathing, slow, gentle Kum Nye Tibetan Yoga to balance body/mind energy, as well as chanting and walking meditation. Join us in simple, profound practices that can transform the quality of everyday life, stimulating creativity and integrating body and mind, using your own inner resources.
