In this 8-week class we will work intimately with body, breath, senses, and awareness. #42 balances the body and stimulates energy in the toe, knee, thigh, and hip joints. #24 balances all aspects of experience. Exploring the variations in detail and developing these practices together will help us mine the richness of experience available to discover. Commitment to daily practice between classes is required to get the full benefit of this course.
