KNR421 Opening to the Power of the Natural World
Kum Nye Tibetan Yoga practices to encourage and open the senses to natural beauty and the natural world are presented. As we learn to sense with greater awareness, we can feel deepening satisfaction as we gain more nourishment. We naturally appreciate the interconnectedness of all existence. Like a bee attracted to a flower for its nectar, awareness can touch each moment in ways that draw nourishment.

KNR429 Kum Nye Play: Listening, Expressing, Transforming
If you ever sensed that within you there is a dance just waiting to express itself, then this is your opportunity to play! So often, our energy bodies are held captive in the forms our assumed roles dictate. In this workshop, we will listen deeply, and give permission for our bodies to explore form in a more spontaneous and playful way. Movement, stillness, sound, breath, rhythm will be our repertoire of expression, as held tension transforms into the flow of feeling.

Kum Nye will provide the structure within which we explore creatively. Experience with Kum Nye practice is helpful but not required to participate.
